Miller Homes is preparing an Outline planning application with all matters reserved except access for up to 350 homes on land north of Lichfield Road. Our vision is to deliver high-quality, attractive new homes in a carefully planned setting that responds sensitively to Burntwood’s edge and wider landscape. The development will be shaped by green infrastructure, new open spaces, and walking and cycling connections that help integrate the site with the existing community.
